I recently had the opportunity to stay at Jungle Bell Resort during my vacation in the jungle. While the resort had its highlights, there were a few areas that fell short of my expectations.

Firstly, the location of Jungle Bell Resort is truly breathtaking. Surrounded by dense foliage and vibrant wildlife, it provides an immersive jungle experience. The setting is serene and offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature. The resort grounds are well-maintained, and the lush greenery creates a beautiful ambiance.

The staff at Jungle Bell Resort were polite and welcoming, making me feel comfortable during my stay. They were readily available to address any queries or concerns that I had. However, I did notice a lack of attention to detail in terms of service. For instance, it took longer than expected to get a response from housekeeping regarding a request for additional towels.

The accommodations at the resort were adequate, though they lacked the wow factor. My room was clean and spacious, but the furnishings and decor felt a bit outdated. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. However, the walls were a bit thin, and noise from neighboring rooms could be heard at times.

One area where Jungle Bell Resort could improve is the dining experience. While the food was decent, it lacked variety and creativity. The menu seemed limited, and after a few days, I found myself wanting more diversity in the dishes offered. The breakfast buffet, in particular, could benefit from a wider selection of options.

On the positive side, the resort offered a range of activities and excursions to explore the surrounding jungle. Guided hikes and wildlife tours were available, providing opportunities to see fascinating flora and fauna. The resort also had a swimming pool, which was a refreshing way to cool off after a day of jungle exploration.

In terms of amenities, Jungle Bell Resort had a decent spa facility where I indulged in a relaxing massage. The spa staff were skilled and professional, providing a soothing experience. However, the gym facilities were limited, with outdated equipment that could use an upgrade.

Overall, Jungle Bell Resort has its merits but falls short in certain aspects. The stunning natural surroundings and friendly staff contribute to its appeal. However, improvements in service efficiency, room decor, dining options, and amenities would elevate the overall experience. With some enhancements, Jungle Bell Resort has the potential to be a top-notch jungle retreat for nature enthusiasts.

Our stay at Jungle bell resort was very comfortable. The staffs were very friendly. The food was very delicious. The resort has well-decorated campus with a beautiful fountain and garden. This hotel is ideal for family visit and stay. The location of the resort is also very convenient and is just walking distance from Lataguri railway station. This hotel is also half an hour drive from New Maynaguri Railway station.

Location is the highlight of the resort. We stayed in Jungle Bells for 5 nights and 6 days. I would say one of the best location it has as it is surrounded by the beautiful tea gardens. There are variety of rooms and cottages available. The rooms give a great view of the tea gardens. Also, every morning, it was like waking up and stepping outside on the balcony to find the peacocks. The ambience is just perfect. We were lucky to see a elephant from the balcony in our room. The staffs are friendly and the rooms are clean. Overall I would say it is a budget friendly place to stay. Would definitely recommend if you are planning a visit to North Bengal.

Stay was extremely good especially the weather that supported us.. And special thanks for all the staff,( bapan,anup,tapash) that made our stay very pleasant and beautiful memories over there ....
Now coming on to food its very good food to eat, healthy tasty and delicious.
I recommend this stay for both family and youth.

We stayed in Jungle Bell for 1night (15th Dec' 2022)...but it was a great experience.....nice ambience.....food was very delicious and healthy also.....Hotel owner's and staff's behavior were very friendly......must visit to everyone.....I am also want to visit again.....just ❤ this place
