I had a positive experience with the doctor's treatment, which was effective and satisfactory. The staff exhibited good behavior, contributing to a pleasant overall atmosphere. However, I found little cleaning issues at the room.

Experienced doctor, nice staff,interactive and supportive reception staff and last but not least worst manager he doesn't have manager qualities

Staff are rude and negligent.
They shout like they caring donkeys, they will say sit there we will call exactly you,
But when the time occurs they will say we have announced your name but you didn't respond too quickly.
Not a good behaviour.

Lot of waiting,
But there is no proper waiting area, they may arrange more benches outside instead of telling Go out all who have no work here.

Time killing,
They may follow latest ideas that how they can handle crowded people very easily.
People are standing all the time and suffering.

Inexperienced scan doctor,
The doctor who performs the scans is inexperienced, she always scans every women twice or thrice, and again the main doctor will come and scans again and tells the result.
Why this?
You can appoint an experienced doctor instead of scanning many times with each patient.

Very expensive.
They are increasing every time the scanning prices.

There is no UPI or Online payment apps allowed.
They only allow cash.

Hope you could arrange good facilities for the users sake.

Had a good experience in terms of delivery for my wife and blessed with a son. Very helpful staff and best doctor DR Arun kumari garu. Facilities needs improvement and rest is good. I would suggest to get treated in this hospital but facilities are only issue that needs attention unless you are not effected. In our visits to the hospital heard great stories of service from Dr Arun kumari garu from other patients of great service. If your patient to wait and get the check up it is fine but let me tell you they have improved in terms of appointment taking and time from bill to final visit by Dr Arun kumari garu by noting on the receipt of every step of the process to trace latency and review by the doctor to improve waiting time which are health signs of improvement in past 3 months.

I have visited the Harsha Hospitals in 2020 December 12th and 21st with my wife.
Aruna Kumari madam was very patient, thorough, much experienced and knowledgable.
She does not show the "I am the doctor and I know everything attitude".
She had listened to every small detail my wife has to say and suggested for a normal delivery.
The hospital does not prefer caesarean over normal for money. The staff is also good.
The best hospital for delivery in Rajahmundry.

Very Good Hospital, great service. All staff members were very humble and helpful. The nurses, doctors and housekeeping staff all were very cooperative and helpful . Mr. Murali ( Embryologist) he is very good in explaining, very friendly person.
