I recently had the pleasure of staying at the HM Regency Hotel in Dibrugarh, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The hotel's warm ambiance, attentive staff, and convenient location made my stay memorable.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly and courteous staff who efficiently handled the check-in process. They were professional and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs and preferences were met. The hotel's lobby was elegant and well-maintained, setting a positive tone for the rest of my stay.
The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. The room had modern furnishings, a well-designed layout, and a beautiful view of the city. The housekeeping staff deserves special mention for their attention to detail and prompt service throughout my stay.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's dining options. The restaurant offered a wide range of delicious local and international cuisines. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, featuring a variety of dishes to suit different tastes. The staff in the restaurant were courteous and prompt in their service, making dining a pleasant experience.
The hotel's location was another advantage. It is situated in the heart of Dibrugarh, making it easily accessible to various attractions and businesses in the area.

The hotel facilities, including spa, were well-maintained and provided a relaxing environment for guests. The fitness center had modern equipment and offered a variety of workout options. The spa services were rejuvenating and offered a welcome respite from a busy day of exploring.
However, there were a few minor areas where the hotel could improve. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was occasionally slow and inconsistent, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the hotel could consider enhancing the variety of amenities in the room, such as providing more toiletries or complimentary snacks.
Overall, my experience at HM Regency Hotel was excellent. The staff's hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location contributed to a memorable stay. I would gladly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers visiting Dibrugarh, and I look forward to returning in the future.

After staying in almost each big named hotels in Dibrugarh, I landed HM Regency in Paltan Bazar, and am quite sure, my search for any alternate Hotel in Dibrugarh comes to an end.
Situated amidst Paltan Bazar Local market, in the close proximity of Assam Medical College & Hospital, the facility provides absolutely neat and hygienic room, with extremely courteous front desk and People from the kitchen. My stay of over 10 days was indeed "Home away from Home". It was inaugrated on 21st January and each day of our stay witnessed some progress. Though limited menu, but that limitation is sufficient to beat widely spread menu card in taste of other big hotels. Services are just great. Ever smiling staffs make your each day pleasant. The cost vs. services and quality is just eye popping. I am sure, in near future, this would be a sought after place for comfortable family stay.

Very close to the medical center of Dibrugarh (this is important cos it's a hub to get checkups.
The rooms are clean - Both the A/C and non.
They have the basics kettle and teabags.
The staff are efficient. There is a salon in the building so it's a good place to get all the rough edges sorted out.

THERE IS PARKING! it's in the adjacent lane.

The room service is good. They have reasonably priced, excellent food.
Highly recommended.

Hotel is new and clean.
Staff is very polite. Food is good.
Negative point is no buffet in breakfast, limited breakfast.

It's a well maintained property in very close proximity to all the major medical facilities in Dibrugarh. Have stayed here twice on official duty and the service has been of the highest quality everytime. Mr. Tanjim has been very helpful arranging for a transport at a very short notice which I really appreciate.

Clean and well maintained bedrooms and toilet. It's not very expensive to stay here.
