Yesterday I went to this service centre and service my duster car WB 70 D 1010 . The work was done properly though some parts are not available as it is a new service centre after the shut down of Matigara Renault Service Center. The staffs are well behaved and helpful. Renault car owner can visit this place as the old technical Co - tech Engineer Mr. TAPAS DA is available here with his promising help.

It's a multi brand workshop. I had seen Maruti Suzuki vehicle getting repaired in this workshop.

Lots of services to provide

I wish there was a -1 star rating so that I could give them.
This is the worst service center in town. Parts are not available. Staffs are ill mannered. And there priorities are lunch and not work or customer satisfaction.
Well the owner of the service center is a bluff so this is what we can expect from them.
If u own a renault vehicle better go to any good garage but not here if u love ur car.

They are not authorised service centre. Authorised service centre will open on July of 2019 at Matigara.

For small problems the service center is good, however there is always scarcity of parts
