1. Location excellent. We saw peacock
from balcony.
2. Room quite large. We choose 4 beded family cottage no. # 11
3. Staffs are very polite and very helpful.

Great place to stay if you are visiting Gorumara forest or Lataguri. The ticket counter for forest entry is a short walk away. The rooms are clean and well maintained and the staff is very helpful. The restaurant serves excellent food. All in all we had a great experience!

The location of this property is spot on, you will definitely enjoy some peace time with a forest view from your balcony. Resort stuff are very polite and provide very good service and food also exceptionally good in this place.

Service boys and girls, receptionist are very very polite and gentle. They are always at your beck and call.
Most important that they are at all not eager for any TIPS and also refuse to take it.

Had a very pleasant stay in this resort with my parents and two kids. Very clam and peaceful location with badminton court and swings for children to play. All the boys here are very helpful. Checkin and checkout process was very smooth. Will definately visit once again

Spent 4 days with them. All staff and managers behaviour is very good and polite. Good food and good on time service. Looking for going back there again someday

Beautiful Mind Blowing place to stay while at Lataguri.Both the management and the staff of ARANYA are very cordial, helpful,caring and attentive too to take care of your every need.Being Senior Citizen we received special attention and care from them which are unforgettable.Wish to visit once again.

Great place, well maintained, warm hospitality with well behaved staff and very helpful…its a beautiful resort for ideal relaxation and spending good time with family and friends…lip smacking food along with breakfast buffet..highly recommended for the kids as they have huge areas inside the resort..my personal reviews for this place is excellent please visit and share your experience it’s worth it.

One of the best hotels to stay at Lataguri, just next to the Gorumara Forest. Though next to the national highway, once you get inside the gates it's peaceful and calm.

Jayashree and her team made every efforts to make our stay the best one. The staff is very polite, homely and social.

The rooms are excellent with all the modern amenities and interiors.

We had the best "Boroli Mach er Chochori" there! Food was delicious and as per our taste.

Cars/toto for sightseeing and drop off was arranged nicely by the resort at a reasonable price.

You even get a good discount at the nearby shops if you say that you are staying at "Aranya".

In a nutshell, highly recommended and would definitely love to return.

Clean well maintained rooms, local delicacies, top notch service is always there but what tops everything is Mr. Rajashish’s love for forest that he inducts into his guests through interesting story telling sessions by naturalist Mr. Chanchal. Aranya is a resort that will leave an indelible mark in your hearts with the prompt loving family who will take uttmost care of you during your stay there starting from the cooks, drivers, cleaners, office keepers, staffs (Jayasree, Koushik, Shekhar, Milan, Debraj…) everybody. We are coming back enriched with lot of warm memories and awareness about plants, trees, wildlife and cultural history of inhabitants of Dooars…

So if you are looking for an enjoyable yet insightful forest stay and you want to know forest better while enjoying a cosy stay , Aranya must be your go to resort !!

A very nice and beautiful place to stay. There's garden inside. Has outdoor seating arrangement. Has a nice dining place. Also a watch tower above the dining place where people can sit and enjoy with tea or coffee while watching the view. There's also a carrom board in the dining room. They serves authentic delicious Bengali foods. Their staff were really good. They take care of people like their relatives to make us feel like home. The car companion has a great knowledge of the routes. He said every unknown details to us on our way. He became a good friend of us.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was a memorable experience. Hotel ambience was fantastic. Rooms are well maintained and all the staffs were very well-behaved. I will highly recommend this hotel for family.
