I've gone to this gym regularly (about six days a week) for six months, until about a week ago when I moved out of Rajahmundry.

This place has a reception area, a nutritionist office where you can get diet advice, a measurement room for anthropometry, separate locker rooms for men and women with showers, toilets and saunas. There is also a yoga/zumba studio with trained teachers, and a large gym hall with many trainers.

It has good equipment, experienced trainers, and courteous staff. The equipment is well maintained and the gym hall is always kept clean, irrespective of how many people are working out in there at a given moment. There are a good number of cardio equipment and a lot of options for resistance (weight) training. There are several general trainers to guide. Since I was a beginner when I joined the gym, I signed up for a personal trainer. My personal trainer was Tridev (Lucky) and I've had an excellent experience with him. He's been with me as I lost a lot of fat and got my body into reasonably good shape. He has very good knowledge of the human anatomy with respect to the muscular system, and has consistently found ways to train me while taking into account my old forearm fracture.

I'm moving out of town and will miss Talwalkars Rajahmundry. Highly recommended.

Good gym in Rajahmundry. Its been 1.5 months since I have joined. My personal trainer is Kumar. He is very polite and have proper knowledge on how to train people. I can see a huge improvement in me.
They have high quality and durable equipments.
As I am switching my job so I will have to discontinue with this branch but I will recommend this gym.

Superb gym to build and burn muscles.. General trainer and individual trainer are present here, I joined here a month ago.. Comfortable timing and decent place... This gym mean for high class people because of the cost they are charging.. Well maintained environment...

u can do what ever u want... but dont expect for the trainers to teach u...just go with the flow...
