It has been shifted near CNG station / ASTC Bus stop.

The overall customer service was very bad. I had to renew a passbook and had to bounce back and forth between counters. Very unresponsive and uncooperative. Some of them didn't even bother to respond to my questions. At last I got the person to do the job in the customer service center. He pretty much had some attitude problem. He made me wait 1 and half hour for that. I told him that I live bit far(not quite if you have a car or scooter to travel) and it would be better if I come back tomorrow again as it was getting too late for me. That person asked me where I lived and upon hearing literally insulted me in front of his colleagues that my house was so far that he had to buy a flight ticket for me to get home. I was really angry at him but I didn't argue. I was really surprised that I had to request him to do his own job for which he is being paid a salary through the customers of the bank including myself and I really wish that the authorities do take care about the attitude of the people working there.
