A good college in Panipat. All teachers are good but Department of Biological Sciences is exceptionally great. College have good atmosphere to study.

I.B. College is one of the best college in panipat. Staff of this college is very cooperative and well qualified. Infrastructure is also good.

I studied at I.B.L.B.School (full form Indra Bhan Laaiya Bhratri) in mid 60s for an year and I.B.College in early 70s for three years. This group of Institutions was managed by a trust headed by Lala Shanu Lal Narang, a Gandhian & a staunch Congress-man. He was a tall, fair and lanky person always immaculately dressed in Kurta or Achkan, Churidaars, Nehru jacket & a Gandhi cap. His sons BD Narang & SD Narang were very active during that period in Bollywood having produced many block-buster movies of that time with all leading actors and actresses. A grandson of Lala Shanu Lal ji studied briefly at I.B.L.B. School in early 70s ostensibly to be kept under a close watch, disciplinarian ways and cultural roots of Lalaji. He was perhaps, the only school-boy who would come to the school in a car.
