I have been going to this gym since 5 years. I must say the workouts done here in the morning keeps me fit and fresh through out the day. Satya is a trained professional who has vast knowledge and experience in this field. The speciality here is the daily activities are specific for particular parts in our body. CARDIO, HANDS, SHOULDER, LATTICE, SQUATS, FLOOR, STICK Exercises are done separately without mixing them in a single day.
I loved it. I would have given 10 star rating if available.

Best gym in Rajahmundry with good equipment and well maintenance. Both personal and normal training are available with the affordable price. The trainer is good and supportive. Provides a different and doable diet too. What more can we look for .. liked it and i would recommend to u all

Its very nice atmosphere to build up your body. And there are personal trainers for weight loss system.My suggestion is "join everybody in this zym and come regularly for fitness".
