We took a vehicle Innova Crysta from ACR for our Delhi and Jaipur trip for 6 days. The driver Sher Singh ji was extremely courteous, patient and well behaved. His driving skills are also awesome. The vehicle was comfortable and clean. AC worked well. Overall very happy.

They made our day by making it happen to visit Taj Mahal with a tight schedule. We missed our flight and had 10 hrs to kill when we decided to see the Taj Mahal. The business owner Ajay was upfront saying it is going to be touch and go as it was already 2PM and we might not reach by closing time. But we insisted to give it a try, we got a comfortable and we'll maintained Toyota crysta as promised within 30 mins and off we were on our way to Tak Mahal.

On the way we realized that we might not make it, the driver was coordinating with local contacts to setup entry tickets, tour guide etc and constantly kept us updated if we had to return back. But He went out of his comfort zone to make us reach within time. And once we reached everything was setup for us, we just had to exit the car and rush to the entrance.

My wife Mom and son were very happy that we could make it and it will be a lifetime memory that we made. Though we had to rush on our way. On the way I realized how they make sure customer safety and comfort are their top most priority.
