Sohum Suzuki

I bought a bike from Absolute Suzuki in 2017 which was then near khadi Ashram. Buying experience was good. After that owner sell that dealership and new owner named it sohum suzuki but the staff remained same especially the service staff. Since then connected with same staff and doing periodic services of my bike at their workshop. The service manager Mr. Dinesh Saini is very good in overall experience. He meets your all expectations like understanding all your problems related to Bike during servicing, deliver bike on committed time, free pick up by sending mechanic in case of emergencies like accidents within city, help in insurance claiming and behavior is very professional. Service advisor is Sunny Kashyap is also have humble and professional behaviour. Service charge of bike is very nominal. AMC are even more frugal. Old mechanics are also very good in their work. My bike give desirous performance after service. Sitting arrangement is comfortable, air conditioned with LED TV installed. RO filtered water available with disposables and toilet facility is also available.

The experience the showroom was really good.
Finance was done fast and properly
Staff is very helpful and supportive
Also great scheme is going in showroom

I'm the owner of Suzuki access 125 purchased from sohum Suzuki panipat in mar 2021.
Few things to note.
1- excellent performance of the vehicle it's gives me around 62 kms average on long route and around 50 kms in local run.
2- sales and service at Sohum Suzuki is excellent especially the advice regarding self care of vehicle.
