The room was spacious, food is very nice, hotel team was friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. Their kind gesture and hospitality was beyond satisfaction.The people in the reception were very helpful.. my next stays, I will definitely check into this hotel again.

My recent stay at Hotel New York Plaza in Una was truly remarkable experience. This luxury property is a gem in the heart of Una.And there hospitality is superb.Food was extremely good and there rooms are very comfortable and specious with all basic amenities and with good hygiene.

I booked the room for my parents. They were very satisfied with the service. The people at hotel very much and helped them get breakfast on time because there trian was in early morning. So I really appreciate the service and helped provided by Ritid Mehan owner of the hotel and there entire staff at New York Plaza Una. I highly recommended to every one to book and visit this hotel.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at this property.The staff exceeded all the expectations with ther friendly nature.The service was not only quick but exceptional quality.Rooms are also outstanding as well great infrastructure.Some are needed to be maintained but still it was worth to money staying here.location is key on main highway easy to find and access.Overall outstang hospitality.

we stayed over here for night my experience was superb and worth staying here Rooms are very beautiful and specious.Food is very delicious and fresh.Staff nature is very good and there service is very quick.
