Outstanding Service and Thoughtful Staff

During my stay here, I was impressed by the exceptional service and hospitality. The room service was quick, and the staff were incredibly helpful.

A memorable moment was when the receptionist kindly packed breakfast for our early morning flight without us asking. Additionally, the hotel guard provided clear directions to a nearby fruit shop and followed up to ensure we found it.

Overall, the attentive service and thoughtful gestures made my stay here was truly memorable. Highly recommended for a comfortable and welcoming experience.

It was over a very good experience room where as per the standards very neat and clean air condition with right temperature. As per our choice. Washrooms were very clean. Housekeeping service was very prompt and proper. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in which day after huge selection of Menu right from North, Indian South Indian local and Continental also. breakfast service was very nice and quick at the table Staff was very attentive and polite. The only suggestion to the management is the checkout time should be 12 noon

It was my company travel hotel accommodation. I had no idea about this hotel and even though I browsed it on the internet, I was still in complete dilemma. After reaching the hotel I was completely relaxed. It was a 3 star hotel with solid room features and excellent room service. The boofe was filled with exotic foods both veg non veg from breakfast lunch and dinner. It was an amazing experience.

We came for dine in with the family to celebrate our anniversary. The food was great and service too. Special thanks to Mr. Deep and Ms. Preeti for taking care and deep to offer a comp cake. Thanks team keep it up. Will be back soon.

I never thought I'd give a hotel 5 stars but it was just such a good stay & experience.
Starting at the beginning, the lobby is huge, you have plenty of space to sit on the comfortable sofas. I was visiting for a wedding so I dealt with the Event Manager's team so I can't say about the check-in/ check out process.
Now, the rooms, I was at 211 & it was right adjacent to the lift & I was afraid I'll be disturbed with the sounds of it but I didn't hear anything. It was clean including the washrooms, had enough lights & 2 full length mirrors for us to get ready.
And now the breakfast, it was ah-mazing. There's a coffee machine + a tea/ coffee/ milk section manned by 1 person making fresh hot beverages. The spread was huge, I awas there for 3 days and the constants were Poha, Usal & Dosa in the hot section & Muffins n variety of sandwiches, Donuts, croissants, Danish pastry in the cold section.
The only issue we encountered was that the exhaust in the bathroom was not working but we asked the housekeeping & it got working within minutes so it was all good.
A special thanks to the front desk team (don't remember the names) who called us as we had left our wedding gift (cash envelope) at the reception counter which we hadn't even realised. And the housekeeping teams that keep the rooms clean & fresh & also assisted us immediately for the exhaust.
The only thing I'd like the hotel staff to look into is (I wish I had taken a picture), when you step outta the lift you see a board "Rooms - 201-214" on the right & others on the left. Now my room, which was 211, was adjacent to the lift on the LEFT. I went to the end of the hall of the right side & didn't find 211 as it was not there, it was on the left.
And the freshner put on the 2nd floor is really strong, need to reduce the amount/ frequency.

Room services v nice no tips, House keeping is v good, my room no.is 417 Dated 17-2-24.to 19-2-24. In Room Cleaning the name of Tulsi is very nice. Her Service is good.*****

Premium stay experience with very courteous staff. Not only did I stay here but also had my 18 member Team dinner which was perfectly managed by the staff.

Service of cube restaurant is more than efficient.. quantity is excellent.. service of anand deep..Ashish n all other stuff service is more than efficient . This is the best and my first choice. Special thanks to chef Vishal for good hospitality.

We had buffet lunch at one of their restaurants. It was amazing spread and awesome taste. Service was great!

Good rooms. Reachable from the airport within 45 min. Not too far from the main city. The breakfast and buffet in dinner are really good.

It has been a great stay at hotel where Devander from housekeeping at fourth floor assisted in every way, right from the cleaning part and courtesy services.
