Location of this place is USP.
All the prime locations in indore are accessible from here within 6km range.
Rooms were clean.
Parking space was provided.
The only issue was that the water pressure was too low on the top floor.
Also their menu is quite costly so avoid that.
One can always get affordable options in the nearby cafes.

I don’t usually put 5 star so easily but I have to write here so that we send good message across the travelling community. After travelling most of MP cities, I have pretty thin expectations. However, the rooms, the service and staff that you will get here, is incomparable. Everything I loved about this Stay. The bathroom was luxurious, same goes with the rooms at this reasonable costs. I strongly suggest you come and stay here. I would love to come n stay.

we are in-house guest rooms 107&108. Good rooms with excellent hospitality from the hotel staff. Appreciated from my bottom of my heart. Wish to drop in whenever I get a chance to be in Indore. massive rooms! That's how I'd like to begin this review, because oh boy! The rooms indeed were massive! Bigger than any normal tier double occupancy room I've been in, ever. There was an odd smell present in the room while we entered, but that quickly went away. The overall experience was good. Food was decent. Not so great, I'd say. The best part is that the hotel is situated literally 1 minute away from Indore railway station. So for the train travellers, this is very ideal. Even for others, the hotel is pretty much situated in the heart of indore. Affordable and comfortable! I'd definitely recommend it!

This Townhouse is one of the best from the OYO they have a finest Rooms enough space well managed and have a good service it's not like other hotel that you have wait for long time, food is also good and it's located in prime area it's nearby to Railway station, Rajwada one of the most crowded market to shop and also have Mall to go to.
Overall it's good.

Best budget hotel in indore. Very close to railway station, the rooms are very spacious, well-maintained and have AC. This was the only budget hotel I found that catered to my needs. Other budget hotels in Indore are ranked poorly. Book in advance as this place remains in high demand.

Stayed here while on a business trip.
The hotel is good for shot stay.
Location is good, i.e. near railway station but far enough that train's noise doesn't disturb.
Room, Bathroom, bedsheets, blanket, lobby, restaurant everything was neat and clean.
Food was good too with ample options on breakfast menu.
Hotel staff was friendly and helpful and services was somewhat fast.
The hotel has a parking too but the space is limited to 6-7 cars only.
I got the room for rs.1600/- for 3 person.
Will definitely recommend others to stay here.

Just one problem i defeat is that when I arrive in the morning they say the rooms is not available currently. Instead of that they provide me one guest room for just 1 hour for refresh ment . All the things are good and location is best.

The best place to stay near indore railway station on a medium to low budget.
Rooms, washrooms are spacious and clean.
Service is good as well.
The best thing is location, very easily accessible from railway station, sarafa bazar and other attractions are near as well.
They provide complimentary breakfast, and food is nice, in room service is also there.

Very good and satisfying experience. Stayed here for one night and this hotel offered the optimum value for money. Just opposite to Indore Junction, and very near to Sarafa bazar for night food. Cleanliness was beyond expectations and breakfast was satisfying though not extra ordinarily tasty! Suggested for anyone visiting Indore.

"PRO's"
👉 Rooms are pretty good as depicted in pics. The rooms gives a very soothing feeling as soon as u enter the room. It's quite spacious considering the price u get it in. A table and chair is provided to do all your office works and conduct meetings in a graded manner. Washroom is very gud. U don't have to call reception everytime for warm water. The system works efficiently and there will not be any issue. The material used is top notch.

👉 Location of the property is very gud. It's near to railway station and gives a good access to popular markets like chappan and sarrafa on the go.

👉 Wifi speed is excellent.

👉 Complimentary breakfast is decent. Healthy and wholesome. I stayed for 2 days and was served poha, paratha with aaloo sabzi and tea/coffee. The taste was gud and hygiene was maintained.

👉 Room service is efficient and staff is very cordial

"CON's"
👉 The restaurant food is not upto the mark. I ordered only once (paneer butter masala, boondi raita and salad). All three dishes were not gud.

👉 Outside food is not allowed.

Overall it was a very pleasant stay. I would like to rate it 9/10. 1 mark less only for the restaurant food it offers. But I recommend everyone to stay at this property as it is quite cheap in price considering the facilities it offers. Also u have a tonne of options of food nearby. So, even if u don't like the food in the restaurant, u can always go out and eat with minimal effort. Although I urge the restaurant to improve it's restaurant food for better customer service.

Its located just outside Platform no 4. So book it for great location. Room service is slow. But the rooms are spacious, well maintained and have towels, liquid soaps and shower gel. Restaurant serves delicious food. It's advisable to book it directly through Oyo. Locally its better known as Hotel Aaram. If you are coming through road, ask for Shastri Bridge or Court to reach there.
