Is a garo village most of the people there don't know much of hindi/english n the employees are mostly of other tribe its hard to communicate,and very rude anf careless,They dont call for us evn if the parcels hv reach we hv to travel miles n go n chck n when asked to check they would instead say plz track if i knew it was this simple i wouldn't hv reached them right???,,, Please try to be a bit more sincere n thoughtfull

I have send parcel on may 8 from dimapur nagaland through speedpost and till now they haven't delivered the parcel in the given address.There is no call from the post office despite of giving phone number too.Till now if we track its showing parcel has been received in williamnagar S.O.Please check onto it.

Very Poor service, rude employees, unprofessional. I wish they would be taken strict actions for such behavior. Everytime I visit post office I just get irritated, they should be trained on how to respond to people

Doesn't help gds employees of the department , just want to take salary
