WelcomHeritage Mount Valley Resort, Ranthambore

We had a great time staying at Welcome Heritage Mount Valley Resort in Ranthambore. The staff overall in every department may it be at the reception or the cleaning or at the restaurant are courteous and helpful.

The restaurant food breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious and flavorful with a good spread of choices to eat everyday. The room was very clean and comfortable. All in all a good stay.

If I had to return again to Ranthambore, I would stay with them again. Thanks team!

Staff is very good ,service oriented. Rooms have gr8view and located close to safari area.No fancy stuff but whatever they offer is good quality.
Spending 1-2 days is good enough.

Rooms are good, very near to the safari point gate (1-5), you can get pick and drop for Safari from outside the hotel gate. The staff is polite and friendly and tries to help you in every possible way. Nice experience.

One of the best property that we have visited. However, the room service and the food rates are exorbitant and very high compared to any 3 to 4 star standards.
The staff is cordial and very co-operative and rooms are wonderful spacious and have a great view and the ranthambore safari is just 2 kms away from this hotel.

Great experience, all the staff was welcoming and did all the due diligence required at any given point. Special thanks to manager C.P Singh who made our stay really comfortable. He was available to fulfil all the requirements for the family. Rooms were clean and tidy. Quick check in and check out.

Excellent. First the hospitality, then the Rooms and the Location. Such cordial staff. Beautifully decorated rooms, Havali style. Food is good. and it's very near Zone 3 enty point, the best zone for Ranthambore Safari. Do book a jeep, not a canter.

This is a good hotel to stay. The staff is very much helpful and obedient. Rooms are clean and neat. There is cultural programs at night time. Food is also delicious. Mohit Saraswati is a team manager and he explained all the things clearly and very helpful person guided us properly. His staff also nice it was a nice experience to stay this hotel and I recommend this hotel stay and have their gesture

It was a great experience, rooms are great and clean with all eminities. Staff is very courteous, friendly and helpful. Never saw a staff serving us unwilling. Special thanks go C.P. Singh sir for being very helpful and suggested a Chambal river safari which was an awesome experience. If you go to Ranthambore this hotel is definitely recommended

Superb location.. Wonderful service... Excellent hospitality.. Nice rooms and delicious food...All the resort staff and specially senior manager C P Singh ji made us feel at home.. Manager Vikrant Singh and Dilip Singh were also so helpful... Overall a very nice and wonderful experience at mount Valley....

I stay at Ranthambor from 2/3/10 to 5/10/23 . Good Hospitality provided by Shri Vinodji and Mohitji . Good experience in resort stay .
Ranthambor Tiger Safari is good and facility provide by Vinodji and Mohitji.
Resort Breakfast and Dinner is good.
I will try again n again visit to Ranthambor.
Minus point is one lighting very less I front of building decoration and second no display board of Mount velly Resort infront of building .
Only one board available of Main entrance gate.

Professional and courteous staff, spacious and well designed rooms with ample sunlight and ventilation. Scrumptious food. Swimming pool water quality needs attention, rest everything ok.

Good rooms. Helpful staff at reception and restaurant. Restaurant menu is quite elaborate and they take care of dietary restrictions.

Wonderful experience staying at the property. Mr. CP Singh with his impeccable hospitality was a delight for the entire family. He guided us very well that helped us plan our tour to perfection! The food was delicious as well, on top the restaurant manager served us a special meal on request. A must stay for all wildlife lovers.. Would definitely stay again!!

Stayed here for a day. The resort is good . Best part is the staff and food . Humble and courteous staff members. Easy fast checkin. Large rooms with good size bathroom. Location is good. Close to good safari zones.
Only things that need little improvement is room ambience, lift smell and soap tray in bathroom.
They hv souvenir shop also .
Overall a 4star stay.
Staff need to appreciated again for politeness.

Very supportive staff. Shalendra, dilkush and mandar particularly are the best among all. They are polite and very helpful during our stay.
