I want to express my gratitude for the delightful flower decoration that welcomed me upon arrival. It added a special touch to the experience. 🥰

The overall stay was pleasant, with a perfect blend of classic elegance and modern detailing. The ambiance exuded a sense of serenity, creating a calming atmosphere. However, the room's view left something to be desired.

The food, while of good quality, was on the pricier side. On the plus side, the location was convenient, being in proximity to Magneto Mall and several shopping centres and best cafés, making it a practical choice for people who love to eat and shop.

All the department are make my stay memorable which makes me feel home away from home.
Food and room are beyond my expectations which can beat any where .
Lots of mouthwatering dish are available here .
It's my one of the best experience in entire India in terms staying and enjoying.

This is super good place to stay if in Raipur. The staff at the reception were super friendly. The rooms are cavernous with prompt house keeping service. Very near to the Mall and shopping complexes

Had a brilliant stay for a night . Checked in late and was wonderfully received by the team at the front desk . Sujoy , Arpita , Meghna and Tejaswini at the front desk was very helpful. My room was upgraded at no cost and reasonable extension was allowed on check out . Bell boy , Manas was ever smiling and obliging. Restaurant was equally good . Staff were cordial and helpful . Food was tasty . The chef was personally supervising the delivery . Only scope of improvement is introducing shower curtains in washroom and serving of a better quality of welcome drink in the buffet .

Awsome place to stay and the staff Arpita has led the hotel the way it's supposed to be runned with zero tat for checking in.
Chef Kamal is an awsome cook and a wonderful person a must try egg curry by his hand

The Restaurant kimiya is great, from the staff to the food… the service there is good, they are always around to know if we needed anything, we got to meet the chef which was amazing, is food is really good… we’ll definitely come back.

The hotel is very good, and hygiene is excellent. You will find a nice variety in breakfast, and the staff is very polite. I have interacted with Kesand and Tejaswanee.

Because the staff is attentive to details and they listen to guest request, executive chef Singh is the best during our stay we wanted to have a special dish and he said “Yes” right away… little little things is what make the difference - Certainly anyone who’s looking for stay - Go for it
