These people wont even have any respect for their customers.

Very poor customers service, to send RTGS to hospital for emergency I had to run Piller to post . It started at 10.30 am , i was helping one illetrate lady to send rtgs. Counter clerk is asking to take signature from one officer and then from BM, after that that counter clerk is missing from counter.
To take signature i had to wait for 15 minutes as some meeting was called to all staff leaving all the counter vacccent.
Pl consider the customer as human atleast

Not responce properly and pass book printing machine did work everytime

I'm very disappointed by the work of staffs and they are treating the customer not well very worst bank in namakkal 👎👎 the works are not trustable
