My time at Ganga Memorial Girls College in Barabanki was far from satisfactory. I found the college to have poor infrastructure, mismanagement, and an unsatisfactory staff. My personal experience with the college administration left me frustrated and disappointed.

One incident that particularly stands out is when my sister's marksheet mysteriously disappeared. In an attempt to rectify the situation, I approached the college administration to request a letter for a duplicate marksheet from the affiliated Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University. However, instead of providing the necessary support, the gatekeeper casually suggested that I pay a sum of 1200 rupees to obtain a duplicate marksheet through unofficial means. This was highly unethical as the actual cost for reapplication of a duplicate marksheet is a mere 100 rupees. It is disheartening to think about how many other cases of exploitation and deceit may be occurring within the college premises, with innocent students being taken advantage of financially.

Furthermore, I have heard from other students that the college lacks an adequate number of teachers. This shortage inevitably results in compromised education quality. It is disconcerting to think that students are being deprived of a proper education due to the college's failure to provide a sufficient number of qualified teaching staff.

Overall, my experience at Ganga Memorial Girls College in Barabanki was marked by disappointment and frustration. The poor infrastructure, mismanagement, and unprofessional behavior of the staff are serious concerns that need to be addressed. It is my hope that the college administration takes note of these issues and works towards improving the overall quality of education and the well-being of its students.
