Rooms are spacious and comfortable...The reception staff is very courteous & polite...They give suggestions for sightseeing

The Rooftop restaurant ambience is very good and the food is also tasty

Great experience with honor and staff . Very kind and humble staff. I stayed there for 2 days and my check-out timings were 12hours but my train was at 21:30 hours, and they allowed me to sit at one of their best place i.e La'chef. Really, it of one of my best experience.

We were 26 contingent for participating sports event at IGFRI-JHANSI during 15-19 December 2023 and stayed in this hotel a one of best place with reference to room condition, cleaness, facilities, room service, staff cooperation and behaviour. Soon I am coming with family for exploring this area. Best wishes to keep this cooperation.

Amazing experience at this hotel which me and my husband booked just a day before after getting in touch with the owner Mr Gupta who immediately went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The location was very convenient and easy to reach. The staff at the hotel particularly the young lady at the counter was extremely welcoming. The room was spacious and clean with a great AC unit, a mini refrigerator to keep out water bottles cooled and extremely clean linen. The food in the restaurant Le chef was extremely tasty, great portions and a complimentary plate of Pani puris which we loved. We could park our car at their parking lot on the side of the hotel. We enjoyed our experience and would love to be back whenever we are visiting Jhansi. Thanks to the team for the wonderful experience.

Great place. Luxurious rooms, quick service and professional staff. The breakfast too was pretty good and sumptuous. The only minor issue is that the hotel has its bar on the 4th floor which plays loud music till 11:30pm. So if you have a room on 3rd floor, you'll have some disturbance. Rest everything is perfect.

Wonderful experience best hotel for stay in jhansi...

The overall experience of stay at Hotel K3 club residency can be rated as excellent. The best part which stands out in comparison to other hotels is the sensitivity of staff, their soft demeanor and quick response. The sensitivity was to the extent that hotel staff promptly brought and served the childrens food first from our order and it was made the way we had asked. One of our room was upgraded from executive to higher category i.e. family suit without any extra charge...and the other room booked was executive room... quality of rooms is quite good including bathrooms.. food is also of good quality and served hygienically.. staff was very cooperative, cordial, orderly, nicely dressed and well behaved... Special mention to Mr Gupta who told staff to upgrade one of our rooms...
Overall a wonderful experience....
My sincere regards to entire hotel staff for making our stay worth remembering...

The rooms at your place are very nice, 1 small concern is that the sun enters the room quickly, it helps to wake up quickly.

This new OYO Hotel in Jhansi is awesome. My stay was for short duration and found rooms very clean, spacious and equipped with all necessary things which a proffessional person need. Had breakfast and it was good. Overall experience was good. For such room quality in Jhansi and in this budget its very good.

If you are from some other city you can choose this hotel without any second thought. See price on Goibibo, etc room for two adults one night 1800rs to 2200rs.
LOCATION: It is Near railway station, nice locality, Nice Standard Family Place. Rooms are quite above average.
ROOM: Decent space, one king size bed, plenty space to keep items on both side of bed, working desk and chair, in room kettle tea coffee sachet. TV almost all channel working, another full cupboard, password locker, dressing mirror. Mini bar (small fridge), 2 water bisleri bottle per day. Nice and clean washroom. (Details Regarding Room 305) (room 201 is much bigger and spacious)
FOOD: They have a DELICIOUS dedicated resturant both veg and non veg (I am pure veg and find no difficulty staying there). FOOD IS AMAZINGLY TASTY DELICIOUS, little expensive but worth every penny except chai I love each dish which I ordered.
Thali is tasty, roti proper baked, all sabhi are tasty and fresh,must try veg shahi pulao (200 rs aprox) best pulao/biriyani I ever had. Tasty veg chowmine, fried rice. Food is Amazing.
Therr is also bar and rooftop resturant at terrace.
STAFF: Staff is quick and nice, reception may be not amazing welcoming but they are nice people and over all experience.
REACH: From railway station 40 rs (max 60rs) whole auto booked to hotel (jhansi general trend is sharing auto rs10 person, bad experience)
Not sure about availability of: bath tub, hair dryer, iron.
Verdict: you will not regret any how staying in this hotel. Food is extremely tasty. Overall experience is extremely good. Level around and above 4 star hotel.

Jhansi: If you find some tasty chai in whole jhansi please tell me. Except chai i loved visiting there. Auto sharing is quite cheap, therr is no uber , ola service is very very limited. No pepperfry, no broker.com.
Rent rooms: no furnished rooms available, rent of unfurnished rooms are quite low as compared to Jaipur.
Good areas for living: mission compartment, civil lines, awas vikas colony.

Nice place to hangout with bachelor friends.
Should avoid family or if you do , pre book the tent and large table for privacy.

Nice and budgeted place for stay and dine in. The quality and quantity of food is great.
