I've been suffering with back and legs pain for years. When conservative treatment failed to provide relief, I had to seek surgical remedy.

I consulted a number of surgeons in Mumbai and Pune who all wanted to perform rather aggressive and invasive procedures including wholly unnecessary fusion for my long entrenched and "complete cut off stenosis".

Dr. Ankit Madharia explained his planned surgery (via a 10mm endoscope) and a 12mm incision. He completely freed the encroachments without removing any structural bone. At the end of the 90 minutes surgery, I was free of pain.

His hospital is neat and clean and the package included 4 sessions a day of relevant physiotherapy. A new wing is under construction and will provide an enhanced comfort level once ready.

That said, it is not the room that is important. It is the quiet confidence of conviction. That comes from a thorough knowledge of his chosen field in spine surgery and the care with which Dr. Ankit Madharia applies to every patient that takes him miles ahead of other surgeons.
