Excellent doctor (Dr. Sheela Verma) and staff members. They are always available, approachable and ready to hear and mitigate your problems.

I remember support staff calling doctor at 2 am midnight when we were in the hospital, she picked up the call and provided us the medical advise.

Almost after every hour or two, nurses will do regular visit for health checkup when one is hospitalized. If you have any issues, you can reach out to them directly also as they are available in each floor and support staff strength is in good number.

Very professional behavior, none of the staff members ask you for any extra money as doctor has put a strict regulation on this to have checks and controls in place. Overall it was a good experience in Sahyog Hospital.

Dr. Sheela Verma is very nice, kind and one of the success Gynecologist in Giridih. Very good experience. Only thing that their staff attitude to be changed as comfortable as to patient , staff has to help to the patient and their guardian. Payment option is only cash that is very bad. They do not accept card or other online payment. May be income tax issue but due to this we suffer, we have to find ATM and not ATM near by.

★Doctor is quite experienced but she (Dr. Sheela Verma) and hospital staffs are always busy so doctor doesn't listen for long.
★Max to max she can give you 5-6 mins of hers not more than that.
★Consultancy charge is INR 300 which is quite feasible.
