This bank must be shut down because of the employees they have like Mr. Vijay kachwaha, The Branch Manager of this bank. I don't understand how can they hire a person who is not professional, well i think i am asking too much because leave professionalism he doesn't have basic manners to talk to its customers. How can he refuse to deposit coins, as per RBI guidelines you cannot do that but a government bank is refusing RBI guidelines, by that we can see Mr. Vijay is clearly running bank on his own rules. If someone's business deals with cash as well as coins he will have to deposit coins or else where will he go. I think Mr. Vijay clearly has no idea about banking industry, RBI guidelines and law; or he considers himself above the law.

Farzi bank of all simple passbook printing facility is not available here and employees work like tortoise here . They will make you feel as if they have obliged you by serving
