Lemon Tree Hotel, Jhansi

The quality of service provided by every staff member we interacted with was outstanding, especially Priyanka (Front Desk), Jaimala and Sakshi (Restaurant) and Housekeeping. Management needs to be complimented for being able to ensure such excellent service standards consistently across all staff - speaks well about the culture and training in the company. Staff were quick to understand and respond promptly to every request.

We were also impressed with the number of differently abled staff seen in the hotel, who too provided service on par with the rest. Our curiosity about these staff numbers led us to Google further and we were amazed to learn about the company's inclusiveness policy and that 20% of staff are differently abled. Congratulations, Lemon Tree, you are an outstanding example for the rest of us!

Memorable stay at Lemon tree , Jhansi.
We were a group of 10 people... (Family). This was my first visit to Jhansi. We were on a pilgrimage to St. Jude's Church which is like 10 mins from lemon tree. Also it's just 5 mins from Jhansi railway station.
Staying at lemon tree made our trip a memorable one. It was vacation and pilgrimage together.
The rooms are spacious and clean with most amenities and any amenities missing were provided on request which was commendable.
We had a package with breakfast. It was a buffet breakfast with a lot of variety and options. Really good food.
Most of all what really impressed us was the staff .... of all departments. They are all so wonderful, polite, courteous, hardworking, welcoming and always ready to help. They made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable.

What I really appreciate is their policy of hiring a certain number of differently abled staff, their eagerness to help an extremely heartwarming and humbling experience.

Lemon tree has really given me a good experience of staying in Jhansi and other districts. I have been traveling for years for the official and personal trips. I can totally rely on them in terms of services and hospitality.

Stayed at Lemon Tree, Jhansi form 10 to 13 Oct. Lovely stay in the midst of the city. Exceptional service and possibly the best Pizza (thanks to Chef Mohit's personalisation. Professional service and there's a genuine effort to make each guest comfortable. Special thanks to Ms Sakshi Verma for going out of the way to accommodate our frantic schedule.

Very comfortable stay. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Aman on front desk and Pradeep in restaurant were particularly gr8.

We had an extremely enjoyable stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff were very professional, helpful and polite and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

The hostess at the restaurant and the servers all looked after our group very well and ensured that we had everything we needed. The food was amazing too. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a short or extended stay.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay recently here. The rooms are spacious and smartly designed. The food is very good. Breakfast and dinner buffet is quite enjoyable.
Special thanks to chef Arvind for arranging baby food for our 1 year old. He ensured our toddler had an amazing stay.

This hotel was our pitstop on a long journey but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the executive suite. The suite was spacious, comfortable and pleasing. The service was courteous and prompt. Food was decent. There were some teething issues with wifi that were sorted after a while and servers were down during checkout. However they get an extra star for employing differently abled individuals. Of you are staying in Jhansi, the best property you could opt for.

It is a fine dine restaurant with a great ambience. Food is absolutely excellent.

This hotel is the most wonderful and experienced hotel in Jhansi. The look of this beautiful hotel is awesome and gorgeous. The location of this resort or restaurant or hotel is proper ,means near to the railway station and in the main place of this city. Gaurds are here to protect your parked vehicle and parking is also very good. Like 50plus vehicles can be parked in this hotel or restaurant campus. As you can see in my photos or videos. The staff are also kind of like this resort. If you visit here you can stay in this hotel but it is expensive but according to the rate the service and facilities are good. Anyone who visits Datiya,Madhya Pradesh to Darshan -( मां पीतांबरा के दर्शन के लिए ) can stay here . The distance of the Datiya, Madhya Pradesh is nearly 30KM for 45minutes to 60minutes. When you visit there it means in Jhansi or for any official or private work and want to stay anywhere so I suggest you get a chance to get a service at this hotel or resort. The interior and outer view of this resort or restaurant is awesome as you can see in my picture and video. I suggest you visit here when you go there and experience your feelings or experience .
