Great atmosphere, ambience and completely clean. Have used the modular design for bathing rooms. Even the food was very tasteful and delighted by the presentation. Service within 5 minutes.

Good hotel at a reasonable rate. The location is great, it is at 5 minutes walking distance from the railway station. They included breakfast with the room and the food taste and quality was decent. The service was also prompt. Overall a good hotel if you are staying in Raipur for work. They have double rooms as well as twin rooms available, and you can choose as per your requirements.

The room was good clean and tidy the washroom was also clean. The service is very good. A good hotel to stay.

The M Hotel is really very Good in services they provide taxi facilities with a very nominal price for Airport pick and drop all the staff : Savita from F & B, Tiku Sahu, Prakash Patel and all House keeping and front desk staff is very supportive and polite such a good hotel in all manner and value for money.

Absolutely amazing place with "the best" manager I've ever seen in my travel experience of 12 years.

The staff are so warm, welcoming and the manager makes sure every single need is met - within his power.

As sportspersons we had a lot of demands such as food as per our tournament, sometimes early sometimes late at night and they were just so cooperative!

What impressed me the most is when we were making our way out of the cab getting drenched in the rain, the hotel staff ran out with all the umbrellas they stored.
Now those are the things that differentiate this place from arrogant other big named hotels.

I visited raipur for the first time and booked this hotel , it's very close to the railway station and the staff is nice and so their service is up to the mark , The rooms are cleaned and it is a very great hotel at this pricing , I checked some reviews earlier on how they have an awesome breakfast buffet , they surely have one the tasties food i had , i loved chhole bhature most , if i ever came back again i would love to stay in same hotel.

Located near raipur junction railway station. This hotel has comfortable rooms, good service and all basic amenities. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. There is a parking space in front. The property is not on the main road and is quiet and calm.

I just loved this place!!!! The room were super clean and cosy. The interior was classy and sophisticated! In fact the room I was in was spacious and had a long mirror as well. The washroom was perfect and clean!! The room service was fabulous and you get free breakfast as well! What more do you need!? All in all, the hotel is awesome! Just go for it!!

Wonderful staff. Budget hotel, very much safe for women for a budget hotel. Very fast response from staffs including reception staff. My female colleague recommended as she stays here often. Nice location nearest to railway station.

Amazing food and staff! Great location! This cozy restaurant has Hospitable hosts, absolutely delicious food ( don’t miss lemon coriander soup, Mahi fish and chicken rara) . I recommend to everyone!

Premium quality, well maintained, neat and clean rooms. Very good service which is just a call away from your room. Essentials provided on arrival. We were 3 people so we got one extra bed in the same room.
