It was indeed a unique experience contrary to most Govt offices..
We need more people like him to change the Babu culture of most Govt offices ...

Rating doesn't matter but everyone working here needs appreciation despite advancement and upgradation in the councils all over India the council still is in initial stages of adoption of online services.There is extreme shortage of staff and till date most of the work done manually like record keeping, receiving the provisional and permanent registration in written format to NOC everything is mostly manual except the online payment which is the only recent advancement in the council office. Much more needs to be done. Every process is time taking due to multiple manual entries and this slows down the whole system. High work load, shortage of staff needs to be taken into consideration. LIFETIME REGISTRATION IS GIVEN BY THE COUNCIL.

They don't have manners to talk.They feel they have super powers than Health Minister.

Worst experience with CGMC. They neither receive call nor reply in Chat,
They are doing blunder at their place, sending someone's joining letter to some others Office and if you contacting them they are not receiving call. Worst

No body pics call on the number given.on their website. Although they say that " फ़ोन करके आना"।When they decided not to pick the call how one can.confirm.that their work is complete or not. When you will reach there personally from even some other city ,they.will say that" अभी 1 हफ्ता और लगेगा" ।
तो भैया ये ही चीज फ़ोन पे बता दो न।
