The experience was really great and the atmosphere was also good,especially the welcoming team welcomed so nicely and best part was the staff of reception counter (Heena Choudhary) she treated us so perfect and nicely , thank u for such treatment.

Upscale hotel, delicious food and hospitality that you expect from a 5 star ITC property.
Chef special Dal was amazing and a must try if u plan on visiting the hotel.
Noteworthy mention - chef Pratap who made lip-smacking food for us as per our less spicy requirements.
