Indian pioneer of Float Glass Manufacturing. This JV of Modi Rubber Limited (MRL) and Guardian Glass USA has a good quality and work environment. The salary and facilities are good. But , like many other old American conglomerates in India ( i.e - Motorola, Pepsi, Vodafone etc) they are struggling with the Indian business environment and dependency from a single furnace. The safety and quality, are the best standard. Peacocks in the colony and beautiful club houses are always good to enjoy. Best qualified management are running this old plant like an Old Rolls Royce. Mirror and Coater glasses are maintained with good quality as per Industry standard.

Very nice glass factory . This is on Valia road . Close to THE SUGAR FACTORY. Watch out for turning trucks and crossing herd of animals. They need to streamiline vehicle movements by widening the road and make neat entry points for their material handling vendors.
