I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with MA GLASS, and I must say it was one of the most frustrating and disappointing encounters I've ever had with a business. The level of incompetence and lack of customer service displayed by this establishment is truly astonishing.

From the very beginning, representative was very confident on taking orders and after that there wasn't any response after that.
When I finally managed to get through to someone, the lack of professionalism was astounding. The representative I spoke to seemed disinterested and unhelpful. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority forMA GLASS. I tried explaining my concerns, but it felt like I was talking to a brick wall.

To make matters worse, they cancelled the order of the product without any prior notification and reason. I had to constantly follow up, only to be met with vague responses and promises that were never fulfilled. The complete disregard for my time and the inconvenience caused by their incompetence were utterly unacceptable.

I strongly advise anyone considering MA GLASS for their glass needs to think twice. The lack of customer support, unprofessionalism, and overall poor service make this establishment one to avoid at all costs. There are plenty of other reputable glass shops out there that value their customers and provide the level of service we all deserve.
