Nice place. We visited during monsoon and the river Narmada was getting flooded at a fast rate. The river bank (ghat) was totally submerged underwater. However, it wasn't extremely dangerous as no one was affected. The local shops were moved due to rising levels of river water. Places like riverbanks must be avoided during this season.

Overall the place is hygienic and beautiful. Good spot to enjoy wit family.Bathing ghat for locals

People are still walking across the river using the old bridge. Interesting experience.

This is Tilwara Ghat. Tilwara Ghat, Bheda Ghat and Dhuandhar Waterfall all lie in the same stretch. Nice place to spend evening. You can take bath over here. The ghat is nicely constructed with tiles. Lots of shops availaible selling puja items and eateries. People do many type of rituals here. But i suggest only one thing this place needs cleaning proper....

Second most popular ghat in Jabalpur after Gwarighat, you can literally feel the peace and divine in the air. Ghat is beautifully developed clean and well maintained. Evenings are best time to visit along with boat ride you can indulge in local shopping. Ghat offer spectacular view of tilwara bridge the view is just mesmerizing.

Nice ghat to spend your evening. It is famous for the evening arti of Narmada river. Boating is available. Easy to reach with public transportation from Jabalpur city. The water at this ghat is very clear. People perform pooja at this ghat in the forms of arti, deep daan and prayers. Snacks & tea are available at different shops in the locality. Restroom are available. The ghat is neatly maintained. Parking lot is available. This ghat is under bridge. Ducks are there at the ghat. People bath and pray in this ghat.

Nagar Nigam jabalpur has given good service in tilwara pond but the lighting is very down and the cops has strictly followed the Rules .

One of the best places to visit in jabalpur.

Evening time is best to visit.

Don't forget to explore a small bridge.

The Tilwara Ghat on the banks of the river Narmada is famous for its natural beauty and historical importance. A Mahadev temple, called Tilwadeshwar Mandir is located in the ghat. It is one of the locations where Mahatma Gandhi’s ashes were immersed.

This is really awesome ❤❤ place to visit....! Narmada river is the cleanest river among all.
And this is very relaxing to sit over there ..and we can have fun..!

Going to this place and seeing my daughter playing and enjoying it like this reminds me of my childhood.
