A very old shop,they delivery quality services.

Good service but costly

Worst Service ever. They lie to their customers through their teeth. They make false promises of quality service. I gave them their coat. They lost it. Made me run helter and skelter for it. Blamed it on the servant. As I got ready to approach the court, they informed me they have magically found it. They then revealed me the truth that the coat was in the shop the whole time only that they were not able to find it. Meanwhile, I had purchased a new coat for myself. When I ask them to reimburse me for the coat, the shopkeeper flatly refused and said peevishly, "paisa nhi milega kyunki coat mil chuka hai. Coat lena hai to le lijiye". I told them the only reason i bought new coat was because they had informed that that my coat was lost. But they paid no heed.

This shop has the worse customer service in the whole of Yamuna Nagar. I dig a little digging. It seems that there are many customers who have been cheated by this shop owner.

Pathetic services, lost my suit which was so costly and they r so irresponsible people working here. I have given them 10-15 days for searching my suit, I don't think they took that responsibility properly or saw any footage. Moreover, they are offering me the money. I asked for the owners
number they told me to go and contact him as he was a mayor (madan chauhan) of yamuna nagar. I know they don't get bother if they lost one customer. Request you all if u go to this shop check ur self while taking ur staffs
