I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your company. Unfortunately, my interaction has left me deeply disappointed, and I feel it is crucial to share my feedback.

I recently purchased Bed table simple from your store, and to my dismay, the product arrived in a damaged condition. This was highly unexpected and disappointing, as I have always regarded your brand for its quality and reliability.

Upon discovering the damage, I promptly reached out to your customer service department seeking assistance. Regrettably, the response I received was far from satisfactory. The customer service representative refused to entertain my request for an exchange or repair, despite providing evidence of the product's condition. This lack of willingness to address a legitimate concern is not only disheartening but also reflects poorly on the overall customer service experience.

Furthermore, I found the staff handling my case to be unexperienced and inadequately trained. Their inability to handle a straightforward customer concern has left me questioning the competence of your customer service team. Effective communication and problem resolution are essential components of any customer-centric approach, and in this instance, the service fell short of those expectations.

I understand that challenges may arise in any business, but it is how those challenges are handled that defines the customer experience. I urge you to review your current policies regarding damaged products and consider a more customer-friendly approach to handling such situations.

I sincerely hope that my feedback will be taken seriously, and steps will be taken to address these issues promptly. As a loyal customer, it is disheartening to have such a negative experience, and I trust that you will take the necessary measures to ensure the satisfaction of your customers.

It was a very bad experience because the problem was the saleswoman she was an uneducated person who knew nothing and didn't answer my questions and kept repeating the sales pitch like a parrot and they ask too many useless questions even when you are existing the building so you will be better off to get your furniture from another retailer or online and the prices are not at all wholesale it just a borad on their building.

Very bad quality products and price so high I highly recommend to all don't go this shop because shop owner behaviour is very bad and product is also bad quality thanku to all 🤝
