My mother underwent Total Knee replacement on one knee last month. She has Parkinson's disease, which made matter more complicated. Dr.Yuvarajan and his wonderful team examined my mother prior to the surgery, did needed tests, took opinions from neurologists, spoke to us about the surgery, mentally preparing her for the same. The nursing staff in the ward took excellent care, giving needed confidence post surgery. The physio team is the best. They systematically made my mother take steps, made her walk few steps, before discharge. Post discharge follow-up was also done with the same fervour. Overall, it was a smooth going experience. Dr.david Rajan sir is expert docter for knee surgery in Coimbatore. The best place and best doctor for knee in India with more than 40 years experience in arthroscopic surgery. Before coming here I'm very much scared of the surgery for my meniscus tear.
But, he explained me very detailed of the surgery.
And I just felt like second home during the surgery. He just repaired my meniscus and I'm back to my normal activities again. There is no worry for our activities post surgery. Following the doctors Instructions could get lot of confidence.

Especially anesthesia docter is so cool and friendly.
I just can't forget him too.

Underwent TKR (Total Knee replacement) for both legs - had a wonderful experience - my doctor Dr. Yuvarajan Palanisamy is incomparable- always pleasant- explaining every detail - nursing is exceptional - couple of nights I spent after surgery I was taken care of very well - 1 and 2 of April 2024 - I have to record my special thanks for all the nurses who took care of. as if I were a family elder - especially night duty staff on 1 and 2nd April 2024 -
I'm on my feet after 15 days after surgery . I feel confident I can return to my routine in a couple of weeks
I thank Ortho One for helping me to spend the evening of my life pain free - restoring mobility
Catering needs some improvement
Physiotherapy is very professional-updated-Perhaps some effort can be made to suit individual needs .

My wife Mrs. Eswari P aged 66, has been suffering from back pain since last 6 years. Ultimately she was unable to walk more than 15 minutes. Finally we consulted Dr. Sree Ramalingam who assured us of positive outcome of spine surgery. He well explained us that my wife is suffering from scoliosis and the remedy is spine surgery. MISS was performed on 15th December 2023. Now no pain while walking. For full result we have to wait for few more months. My wife Poongothai got admitted and underwent Knee Surgery at Ortho one hospital,Coimbatore.All pre operation tests were taken and operation conducted for both knees.Hospital administration is very disciplined and kind to all patients. The best hospital .It doesnt feel like a hospital. I was very comfortable . The doctors, nurses and every staff member.... dedicated service and the compassion shown is incredible . I underwent a keyhole shoulder surgery there last week. The care taken and compassion shown cannot be matched. I underwent an internal fixation with AO Plates and screws for my posterior hemitransverse fracture, a complicated hip surgery at Ortho One, CBE in the month of September,2020. A highly commendable job done by the team of professionals – Dr Yuvaraj, Dr Palaniappan, Dr Rajashekhar and others. My stay lasted for a week. The nurses are over worked during these covid times, but I have seen them giving off themselves. A special mention about the night staff. The attenders are caring, gentle and ever willing. I am also impressed by the Physiotherapists(Carolyn and her team). They were very patient. Feedback was taken very regularly and provisions were accommodated as per the requests.
I could also work from the hospital. I am recovering very fast. I thank God for this and I would definitely recommend this hospital for the best orthopaedic treatment in Coimbatore.

My mother was fully suffered by left leg knee.1st we consulted Dr.Yuvarajan sir.After x-ray sir told your left knee is total depreciation,then next way is better to do total knee replacement.My mom got total knee replacement 3-11-2023.Now she is better than before pain.after 3 months she ll come back to normal.Good caring doctors and also nurses.They took full and full responsibilities.Good food and fesilities.My mom's friend referred this hospital.I definitely recommend this hospital who are looking like this problem.Thank you.
