Even after promise I was sent an old dirty car with broken things, loose and worn seat belts, worn out seats. The driver kept talking on mobile whilst driving. Not a good service.

I have used their service twice. Paid the asking price. First time was their driver Jassi who was horrible. We went to Amritsar and the driver declined to drop us at the hotel of our stay and stopped the car where he himself needed to stay and started showing attitude. I even paid him “extras” to make him feel comfortable but no avail. On the way back to bathinda, he took a horrible alternative route with broken damaged roads just to save on toll tax which we already paid in the initial contract. upon arrival at Bathibda we complained about the driver to the owners and they tried to justify driver’s actions and asked us to call them next time if such things happen. However left us with no convincing answers on they do/will guard against such behavior.

We gave them another chance. Next trip was to Chandigarh. This time the driver was actually nice. Again, I paid him “extras” to keep him happy. Our contract was a fixed fee for round trip no matter how many kilometers in the city. So we paid a higher price for this in the initial contract. Upon arrival back to Bathinda the owner wanted to change us a thousand more rupees than the initial agreed upon price dishonoring the initial contract.

Finally, both the times, I did not see any nice/new cars they post on their website or google images, their cars are moderate quality at best.

My recommendation is not to use this dishonest service.
