Pathetic service . After digitilisation usually opening a bank account should take not less than a day after submission of documents . Its already been 3 weeks since i started the process and after being all documents submitted the account is not opened yet . Mr . Nagaraju who is the employee of this branch is very rude and unavailable all the time despite making appointments , unfortunately , Branch Manager is unanswerable . Never seen this kind of service in ICICI , i would not suggest going to this branch , my advice is to better move on to some other banks at suryapet telangana .

Pathetic service by staff, very poor cordination...staff are very rood behaviour... please I'm customer of ICICI bank past 7years... I never see this type of staff....

Srinivas reddy is one of the employee in ICICI bank in suryapet branch is way of taking with customers is very very bad( worest)
He showing proud in branch with customers
And giving Rong direction to customer's
He have to change his attitude other wise bank name is spoil
You may take serious action on him
100% is very bad employee in Suryapet branch
We went to the bank to pay our EMI so many times he is not giving propar Ripley and talking unparlamental language

Worst branch i have ever seen it takes nearly 30 min for one customer for depositing for current accounts holder also they not responding nicely
