Clearly understanding customer problem and showing interest to solve the issue and after sales follow up are three strong points of this service station and I am fully satisfied with their service even though I am staying in Chennai.

I've never felt so home when I take my car to a service center. Just exceptional. The service they provide is top notch.

I was traveling all the way from trichy to kerala and I had to replace my mirror. Found the nearest Ford service centre and drove there with my family. They attended me as soon as I entered the premise and the floor staffs were too good with the behavior. Made us feel like home and one of the staff guided my family all the way to the lounge where they had a separate play area for kids.

Did the replacement within 5-10 mins and I was all set to go.

Hai I have Ford ikon 2006 model and old Figo 2011 model, and my son in law have a ECOSPORT 2015 model ,I highly recommend to service here, And my service engineer Mr Sathish, he is excellent service engineer, Mr Sathish have a well knowledge about FORD old vehicles. I am not getting easy appointment to meet him, once I meet my all problems are solved.. He took one are two days for service but I am satisfied he is service . Mr Sathish service engineer highly recommend for all. Thank you suryabala team.

What i thought will be a big problem for my vehicle, Manager Mr.Praveen just solved my problem so easily, and I've never seen any place where the manager personally check vehicles to provide customer satisfaction. The technicians are talented and even the securities were kind. This service center is one of a kind. Kudos to the team and highly recommended place for ford owners.

Best place for quality service.

Service Head Mr.Praveen personally inspects the vehicle in case of any issues and gives appropriate solution. Surprised to see such senior people directly inspecting, working on issues and handling the customers in a polite way. Much appreciated.

Service advisor Mr.Gowtham is also very good. He gives timely updates, delivery and follow-ups.

Overall very happy!!

By mistake I have given two stars. I had good experience and satisfied with repair and service booking. So far so good. Yet to receive vehicle so cannot give full review at this point. But customer service , parking area and other services were good. Will do another review after vehicle delivery.

Got vehicle delivered and very happy with the service. My car looks like a brand new one.Both body shop and service advisor were knowledgeable and helping me with the right information. Also received 20% discount on spare parts and labor without compromising on quality. Also they took care of all insurance related issues.

Like to thank Suryabala ford for the timely service and delivery of vehicle.

Will do another review after driving 1000 kms.
