Excellent approach and very accommodative. The approach of the employees are too good. Mr Essaki is shown the demo and test drive along with Mr. Lakshman. He has handled the flow of the sale positively and completed timely. CRM madam Ms. Veerachelvi handling the customers softly and fully satisfied with the experience. She is politely explaining the queries and handling the situation positively to the customer satisfaction level.I additionally give appreciation to two more supporters. One Mr. Mohanraj sales head of avinashi road showroom. He is the one who initiated the first process for my purchase and supported through all ways and means. Recently, I visited the showroom to check out the Kia Sonet. Chandrakala was my salesperson. She showed me all the variants I asked for and explained the differences well. Since they didn’t have the variant I requested for a test drive on the day I visited, they brought the car to my home, which is 50 km away from the showroom. I’m hoping to finalize the purchase of the Sonet and looking forward to a smooth buying experience.
