You need very deep pockets to get treatment here

The Doctor is great, however the staff is extremely unprofessional. Super Desi, they won't listen to you even if you yell at them. There's no system of slips or emergency. They charge you Rs. 500 for emergency and still you have to wait for about an hour.

The seating area, the washroom and all the other facilities are extremely horrible.

Would really recommend Dr. Hooda to look into this on priority.

Zero management, impolite staff. No difference between normal slip and emergency slip. They charge you same fee 500 rs which is for emergency slip. Makes the patient to wait without any reason. Only a doctor and a consultant runs the whole hospital. Total hazard... Won't recommend to anyone.

5. No transparent queues system. Every time waited more than 3-4 hours

Number one greedy , never experienced before.Thre r 3 slots of slip. 1for Rs. 300 2 for 400 and 3 for 500. After waiting slowly slowly all 300 nd 400 become 500 because patient who have taken slip of Rs. 300 Automatically goes at last and that's why a poor patient can been seen at last only, doesn't matter that you taken 1st slip. It's really bad experience in my life..

All patients are same what means of emergency fee

Vry Greedy... if you have lot of money then u will be treated well and soon... otherwise wait wait n wait... no system or discipline... hospital nhi ek business premises jyada h ye...
