During the holidays, billing takes a long time.... numerous brands are offered,... It's well worth a visit, especially during festivals... women, children's clothing, children's footwear, suitcases, and belts are all excellent... You have a good sense of style. There are many different types, brands, and price ranges to pick from. The location is excellent and easily accessible to everyone in KPHB and the surrounding areas. Cars and scooters can park comfortably in the cellar. Weekends are spent with family and parents. The mall and the dressing store are great places for kids to have fun and spend time in selecting dresses. Place is awesome, very clean and organized. The Brand Factory is in to two floors, one on ground floor, and one on first floor. The discount is most of the time 'Buy 1 get 1 free'. Had a talk with store manager, they were polite and answered the queries we had asked.

They are charging 5% Extra As Gst/Vat and by default they are adding personal Accident insurance in bill without asking Customers, every item is including gst i have purchased but in bill they added 5% taxes what is this..!

The old brand factory is now the Reliance Fashion Factory. A great place for shopping but not many choices as Nexus Mall or any other. All the stores at NSL centrum here are owned by Reliance.

Had an amazing experience yesterday. Staffs are very friendly and providing best service. I needed my trouser to be altered in an hour to go for a function for which I requested to the new store manager Manas Mohanty, to my surprise he delivered it in less than 20min. Kudos..
