Hi All,

Few days back my mom got admitted and discharged from Care Hitech city branch, everyone in the hospital had really took good care of my mom. She was almost 5 days in MICU where she recovered quickly. I really thank Dr Satish Reddy for his great treatment and he explained the patient condition to each and every person separately with patience.

Hospital staff was very co-operative including security (did perfect duty) and house keepers (took care of mom’s daily needs).

Canteen food was good but there is definitely some scope of improvement. I recommend some more neatness in 6th floor pantry, it’s just a suggestion.

Overall had a good experience and would definitely recommend this hospital for others….

Care hospital Hi-tech city services are extraordinary.Our doctors Dr Swati,Dr Rahul Agrawal,Dr Santhosh,DrKalyan treated my brother in a humane manner and did their job very well.Dr Vibha,Dr shiva Jyothi,are very courteous.
All staff Salwa,Sony,Sravani,Keerthi,Swetha,Lakshmi ,Sameena,Sadia,Anand,Krishna ,Neetha,did their job meticulously.
Last but not the least Durgaiah and the barber did their jobs nicely without any expectations.
House keeping staff also did their job very well.Please study the feasibility of providing priority for super senior patients in diagnostic tests.All the best Care .

Recently my father got discharged from Care Hitech City, Dr Chanakya Kishore Cardiologist is an experienced doctor who has treated very well, Sir has great patience in him, he answers all our questions and suggest better approach.

It was a great experience and friendly staff at 5th floor ICU, Incharge: Vinod and nursing staffs are extremely caring and friendly (Sneha Latha, Sunitha, Vyshali and Vanaja) are encouraging each and every patient in ICU, I believe that along with great treatment whole staff creates an homely environment which will help the patients in speedy recovery.

It’s great to see all departments works well organized manner and coordination. I have seen house keeping staff(Kavitha & Anjaneyulu) are very punctual and do the best to keep the premises clean and hygienic.

It was my dad's birthday on the discharge day, so patients wellbeing head Sony and Staff has celebrated it very well, sharing few pictures 🖼.

Recently my father went with total hip replacement surgery in care hospital Gachibowli , Dr Rathnakar rao sir and his team has done the surgery. Now my father is recovering very well. Hi few days back my brother was admitted in ur hospital under Dr Rahul chirag sir. He is giving excellent treatment and very taking care of my brother and his assistant Dr harshavardhan is also excellent person he is explaining very clearly about treatment

Main role is Nursing Mrs Reshma and Mr Sandeep are very taking care of my patient he is giving excellent service.

Another role playing in floors are FHA Mr Dinesh he is doing very excellent job my concerns regarding food services and billing he is giving a good guidance and explained about my billing process very clearly and we go out of the room onwards he will support us

Now it is 12.30 AM (Monday. 14th of August’2023), my daughter presently in the operation theatre in 3rd floor for spinal card surgery by Dr.GPV Subbaiah Garu. No. 1 in the field of spinal card surgeries in both states of AP &TS. My daughter surgery done. The hospital people celebrating 77th Independence Day, surgery successfully completed, and know to day she is walking perfectly, I don’t have words to praise Dr.GPV Subbaiah garu an his team, mostly Dr. Vinayak Santhosh, he has given moral support to my family. Thanks to the Care Hospital.

I would definitely recommend care hospitals as the doctors are really good, experienced and polite. Even all the staffs of the hospital are very well behaved and professional. I had gall bladder surgery here and was admitted here for one day. My experience has been good. I felt relaxed and did not face any sort of issues.

Very well maintained .. Prior booking preference is given.
Checkups are done at ease.
PFT was done very cleanly because usually other hospital do it only once but Meena took her time and gave proper reports with all checks.

We have been seeing dr rahul agarwal (internal medicine and infectious disease specialist) he is a very good doctor, very patient and explains everything in detail and detects diseases very well. I recommend him 100%

As per my experience I found Doctors very knowledgeable and compassionate in their duty. The 3 doctors i met listen to us very patiently, at the end they even offered their personal numbers for any emergencies. Also they did answer calls / messages promptly and advised on our queries. Did not prescribed unnecessary / expensive tests unless they are really required. 5 stars to the hospital and the staff.

We have visited for PFT, Pulmonologist Dr Satish reddy sir. Fan of him for his simplicity, down to earth approach towards patient - We have Suffered from 8 years , Consulted many doctors , has come to an end . Dr satish sir has understood the core issue , came on weel chair , Now walking by own😍 .

Thankful to meena PFT technician for her support , to make us understand the technic to use the inhalers right way .

Highly dedicated Dr, Nursing and well maintained hospital. I recommend this hospital for any treatment. I underwent Surgery for my uterus removal due to cancer detection. Dr Satish power performed the Surgery with utmost care. My stay also was made highly comfortable due to dedicated Nursing staff like Mr prakash and others.God bless them all.
