Its a place where all the national sports meet will be convened. All the important days flag hoisting and security parade will be done..

It's surrounded by national class swimming pool, basket ball ground & famous NLC TOWNSHIP admin office and NLC boy's higher secondary school. Very near to that is a central library.
In Bharathi stadium the ground is maintained in a international class grade and a good seating capacity with all safety measures.

Well maintained stadium by NLC India limited. Inter State and district level sports meet are conducted here. The March fast during republic day is very famous followed by the cultural events by the students from different schools in neyveli. The stadium is with partly covered galleries. Amble parking space.

Its primarily used for Athelets and football players coaching, but there is walking and jogging allowed.
