It's a small station as compared to other districts station, some superfast train don't have stopage here ,

It's a small station but still you will find all the basic amenities here... Food is not a problem here and auto stand is located just outside the gate of railway station.... All the important places and localities are near to the railway station.... Most of the trains halt here...

Neat and clean station...autos and e-rickshaw are also available outside of station...Overall good experience.

Yamuna nagar is a industrial city having many industries likes Saraswati sugar Mill which is ashias largest suger mill, bilt paper mill. More than 500 plywood factories which is largest numbers of factories in India. also having a steel industries, polo plastic industry, orientel industry, Saraswati river is also started from here. there are many tourist place hare like Chita Hanuman mandir, adhr badri. it's very clean and Peaceful city. Two people of this city awarded from president of India for more then 100 times blood donation. it having a tejli stadium where sports games are organized. it's a only city of haryana which touching five States of India. it's also called as mini vrindhawan because situated on the bank of the River. many numbers of religious activities are going here all over the year. old name of yamuna nagar is Abdullah pur. name changed after India got freedom. It's called yamuna nagar because the yamuna River takes it's accurate size here.there is a place where river become parallel to ground. tajewalla dam is also in this city. The local language of the city is Hindi but because of many types of people comes hare from other states so many types of language are spoken here. It's also having a place kapal mochen. jodhiya saheb gurdwara is also hare where holla mohalla festival is celebrated on Holi. I am proud to be a citizen of this peaceful city. I love this place very much. It's very close to my heart because it's my birth place. It's my recommendation to comes hare once in a life which gives you a rememberable memories to you and want to comes here again, According to me it's a Haven on the earth for me and once you coming here you love these place too.
