Clean and up to date facility with an in-house Panoramic x-ray and a Lab (for crowns etc, no longer needing to wait for weeks)and a separate parking lot adds on to the flawless service they provide. The staff is very accommodating and polite.

***Most recently I had an implant placed for my mother. She was very nervous about the whole procedure at first , but the moment she interacted with Dr. Chugh, she trusted them and whole procedure was a breeze. and six months later here we are, a perfectly placed implant with a perfect function. My mom had been to almost a dozen dentists before , but now she knows where to be for any dental needs. She has a number of co existing ailments, but the tender love and care that she got from here cannot match up.

Dr Chugh is an excellent and experienced doctor. He gives an excellent advice before starting the treatment. Very well equipped clinic. The hygiene here is par excellence. Adequate parking place exists alongside the clinic. It is better one takes an appointment to avoid a waiting period.

I live 70 kilometers away from her dental office but that doesn't stop me from returning.
I had been suffering from a weird kind of toothache since the past one week, I had been to two dental offices before, who were not able to diagnose the exact cause and location of my problem. Then somebody told me about their office and asked me to give it a try. Then I came here and there was a densely packed waiting area, that made me think that my waiting time would be pretty long. But then I chose to wait because the pain in my tooth was really annoying. And I don’t regret my decision today. I was called in after some time as I was a walk in patient. Dr. Chugh always greets with a friendly smile and takes an interest in your life outside of the office.
My last dentist had a heavier set of hands and I could feel the weight in my mouth. But Dr. Chugh has some pretty light hands.
She listened to my complaint very peacefully. And after a few minutes she explained to me very precisely as to what was happening. A tooth of mine with a suspicion of trauma was causing a growing infection beneath. She did some tests along with x-ray to confirm that the tooth is "dead" and would strongly recommend a root canal.
That was my first major dental procedure and I was a bit afraid but the staff reminded me that Root Canals are her specialty. So I was able to quickly set an appointment a few days later with them accommodating my busy schedule.
The day came and my procedure ended with a breeze. My favorite part about it was that she took my pain seriously, stopping immediately to provide me with more numbing as necessary.
I had a pleasant experience, I can't imagine trusting any place else but here. And after this experience of mine I can clearly justify the high footfall in the clinic. And why people develop the patience to wait for their turn because they know it pretty well, that they will be getting the best. And the time needed for a medical procedure can never be predictable, including the fact that they take care of patients like me with an emergency situation right away.

I am reviewing after 10 years.. dr. Chugh did my orthodontic treatment,( I used to have deep bite issues & fluorosis) and after that treatment ,,the lady dentist present there did my composite veenering of anterior Upper/lower 8 teeth.. in 2013 my treatment got completed by dr Chugh... Yesterday my composite veener got chip off... The wrk done was so good that I faced no complaint in my aesthetics in last 8 years. Thanks a lot sir for sch an excellent wrk
