Very clean rooms and bathrooms..

The room was equipped with all the necessities as well an iron box and a iron board too..

The beds were clean and we had a standing full mirror.. liked it.

Situated on the main road..

The service dining hall was small to cater our group of 50+ guests plus the hotel guests... would have been nice if we wouldn't have to wait for quite some time to get to eat hot food... however the food served customised to our needs sans onion and garlic was too good... keep it up guys..

Certainly would recommend one to check this place out...

KGA Elite has always kept it's standards high. This was the venue for my engagement and this was where my wife's relatives stayed. The rooms were gorgeous, cleanliness 100%, staff knowledgeable and polite. The venue/hall for the engagement was cozy, comfortable and well decorated and maintained. There was never a moment to frown or complain about. Breakfast was always awesome and the waiters knew us by our face after a day itself and knew what our preferences were. All of the staff was well dressed and 100% maintained the quality of every little aspect. We will come back again for sure!!! THANKS EVERYONE AT ELITE FOR AN AWESOME STAY THERE AND ALL YOUR SERVICES.

Great value with two bars and two restaurants within the hotel. The roof top restaurant was wonderful. I had a larger room with a view across the town and countryside. Quiet rooms although the events in the hall were pretty loud while they were on.

Good hotel near Thiruvalla bus stand.. Main attraction is the food especially the non veg meals .. Breakfast spread is very less choice and they don’t have dosa while breakfast.. Rooms are comfy and quality amenities ..

After a long train journey, decided to have breakfast at Elite , Tiruvalla.
Service was great. Staff offered both Buffet options and A la carte. We went for the later. Quality of food was superb. Service was excellent.

Booked the Deluxe room and it was quite spacious. For the price, I believe it's the best room I stayed with a big room with attached toilet, small room, common toilet, kitchen area, hall and balcony.
The hotel is adjacent to KSRTC bus stand and was on the road side.
Parking was outside but not a deal breaker.
Overall is was a excellent stay

First time we visited this Hotel. We usually take the room in mavelikara to visit our Family temple in Ramapuram near kayankulam. I saw the reviews in google and booked the room in this hotel as the rooms were full in Mavelikara.
First thing is the receptionist. The person in the reception was courteous enough to listen to our requirements and gave the room options to choose. They were very polite and listened to our requirements. We stayed in a family room and it was a very fantastic experience. It was worth the money I spent for the room. The room has centralized A/c with neatly furnished hall, the bed linen were neat and all together we had a 5 star luxury stay. Their restaurant served a good naadan style lunch. I usually wont take Non veg on saturdays, so had a chance to try only their vegetarian food. The lunch menus were super especially the kerala style coconut chutney which is served along with the rice. The moore kootan, the side dished were nice and also the sambar. Their complementary break fast were also nice where we have the south indian choice of breakfast and as well as the breakfast of the west like bread, cereals, fruit salad and juice.
The rooms are fantastic, the food is nice and staffs are very courteous. Worth for the money you spent for your stay. If I happen to visit Thiruvalla again, my first choice would be this hotel

This hotel has exceed my expectations!! I'm a westerner and was worried about the property. I've been here one week and it has been such a good experience...I came here to sort out my late father's estate so I'm not here on vacation but staying here has made the experience of dealing with Indian bureaucracy much easier to tolerate.

* I booked through Expedia and received complementary breakfast. Staff at the restaurant were friendly, quick, and the food was solid. I'm limited on my what I can eat so the Idaly was my staple my entire. I don't care what anyone thinks, Idaly is breakfast, lunch, and dinner meal.

** The room was clean, nicely laid out, mini-fridge, Ice Cold AC... The shower was HOT and had enough pressure to peel paint... Something I enjoy.

*** Cleaning crew asked everyday if I needed anything and if there was anything they could do to help my stay.

**** Visited the spa... Yes.. There is a nice Ayurvedic spa on the 7th floor... Clean, great service, fell asleep twice on the table... Had an awful flight experience on Kuwait so my whole body was in pain... They got the knots out...

***** Room service was prompt and friendly. Same applies to the front desk staff.

I've been sending pictures to my family back home so they can see how awesome it has been... The only thing that's tough is the location... Main road is crazy busy and as someone that likes to explore every city I'm in... Crossing the road was like a game of Frogger... This isn't the fault of the property and I'm writing this for anyone that is like me... Be careful when crossing or walking on the street.

The weirdest thing is the WiFi... Shows 1MB speed but I've been able to watch 1080p videos on YouTube without any issue. ...if you want better wifi bring your own hotspot....

Went up to the roof top restaurant, Uptown Shack, was amazing!! Totally floored at the experience... Cool breeze, great vibe, great service, and good food. Look for Jubin, solid guy and very friendly.... The only thing missing is rooftop concerts and my understanding is that's something they are going to start exploring in the year... I think a nice cover band or a sitar player under the stars would be so badass for this location....

If you are concerned about language barrier, EVERYONE, speaks fluent English...

The roof top gives a wonderful experience
The bars especially sports bar is great to be with friends
And the juice mocktails all are wonderful
Service is excellent. Parking is also spacious

We had missed a walking stick of our grandmother in the rooftop during xmas lunch.
I would like to thank the lady at reception who kept the stick in the reception and promptly called me today to collect it..To call 🤙 promptly a guest is a customer driven gesture.The food served on 2 nd floor is excellent vs the rooftop which is average.
Overall thanks for keeping the walking stick and kind gesture 🙌

Tried the biriyani and fish curry meals here it is really good, just felt the chicken in the chicken biriyani was a little hard, the place is really clean including the washrooms, the service was also really good, minimal waiting time. In the afternoons it maybe a little crowded.

The Rooms are very spacious and clean.When i visited during the first time, i was impressed by this 3⭐ Hotel.The location is easily noteacible from the traffic. Air conditioned conference hall is there to meet the business needs. Lot of Parking space is there. The hotel provides free wifi and free breakfast. The Rooms are spacious and clean. But the food is bit expensive compared to other hotel. Otherwise it is a good option for your business and family trips.

LOVED the rooftop bar/restaurant. The food and drinks were amazing! Will definitely go here again next time I'm in town. Staff was very friendly as well.

The ambience is excellent. Wait staff very professional from the time you enter the hotel to the time you leave. Premises are clean and maintained very well. The facilities are modern and as a matter of fact, it's the only hotel in Kerala I have personally been able to use an automated hand dryer. Aside from this, the dine in menu features a simple yet varied selection of vegetarian and meat options. It doesn't overwhelm you yet enables you to experience the rich culinary flavour.
