I spent a day at this hospital to assist my relative who was admitted. there's professionalism at every aspect. the plan to construct, expertise in planning and execution. operational perfection needs special mention. doctors, nursing staff, other support staff are all well mannered. I can say that treatment is good.

A modern hospital with all kind of facilities in one roof. Hygiene is very good and they give more important to it. Doctors, nursing staffs and others are well behaved ones. Hospital ambience is an extra advantage. The out view gives extraordinary pleasant to patient and bystanders. Private rooms are just like a star hotel rooms. Some drawbacks are patient's food as well as canteen food quality is very poor. Price of food in canteen too much high. Other draw back is billing section is very slow.

It's a medical college based in thiruvalla. All the staffs and doctors are friendly. Here they will accept all types of insurance (both private and government). Private rooms and ward facilities are available here.

This hospital building European model and green feel atmosphere. Hospital building cleaned and silent atmosphere. Big amount of peoples daily visit this hospital but not feel rushing.
Believers Church Medical College Hospital is a healthcare institution of Believers eastern Church based in Thiruvalla, Kerala, India. I'm glad to provide a review of this hospital. From my understanding, this hospital seems to have some really good systems in place, as well as a number of other great features that set it apart from other hospitals.

Best and Multi speciality hospital. Which has a nice ambience. Mostly all type of specialists doctors are available here. Good and quality treatment. Rate is little higher even though the treatment is so good. Good hospitality management and also surroundings are so clean and 24/7 assistance.
Parking lot is available, wheel chair accessibility is there. Causality and all type of serious situations will be handled here. All the doctors are so trustfull even at any worst condition. This hospital is also a medical College..

Good and talented doctors. Ambience is so different from that of any other hospital. There isn't the usual smell or discomfort. Nursing and supporting staff are so cooperative. Treatment and test results are reliable.

I visited BCMCH for my pregnancy care for second time from UK and I must state that the hospital has once again delivered excellent services.I appreciate OBG doctors Dr.Rekha Muricken , Dr.Shyma and team alongside NICU team. They use state of the art technologies alongside delivering multi disciplinary care to patients. I was fortunate to get the same doctor as I had 4 years ago, therefore had undoubtedly best care. Never medicates unnecessarily and addresses patient concerns in a very kind and appropriate manner. Assistant doctors addressed my concerns appropriately during my stay in room. Never left any issue unattended.
Moreover, I appreciate the nurses who put tremendous hardwork and dedication in meeting patient needs starting from labour triage, labour room, OT, post op, NICU and in ward rooms. They don’t just mechanically do shift instead they checked me frequently and treated me in a very hospitable manner. Late nights also they work actively and respond spontaneously if any issue arises. Special thanks to NICU team as I was taken aback by the level of care and dedication they show to the lil newborns and mothers, taking care when babies are apart from mothers for a lil while.
Cannot miss appreciating other staffs as canteen staff serving great quality timely meals planned by Dieticians, porters, housekeeping and floor managers. Lastly, I thank and appreciate the management for providing international level services by constantly working on patient feedbacks in a constructive way. The best part is the patient management system which is way too good and timely maintained without any delays, which is the main reason why I switched from another hospital in the vicinity. They treat patients in OPD without any bias. May God bless you all to continue to serve and thrive in ever changing healthcare sector.

I underwent an elective left total knee replacement at BCMCH, Thiruvalla, on Dec 05 2023. The entire process, from my first visit in March 2023, early investigations to confirm the diagnosis and establish a treatment plan, pre-op work up in the week prior to surgery, including cardiac and anaesthesia clearances, to admission, through discharge, was smooth and efficient, with an effective combination of electronic and human interfaces. The cost of all this, especially given the high quality and standards of care and material used, was impressively reasonable.

All the individuals and teams involved - ortho surgeons/team, anesthetists, including those managing post-op pain, nephro and cardiac consultants, physiotherapists - were top notch professionals. The nursing teams in the admission ward, OT, and post-op ward, were specially good. All the nurses and allied staff were professional, confident, knowledgeable, kind, supportive and sensitive to my needs as a patient in their care.

All parts of the hospital that I saw, including out- and in-patient facilities, rooms, toilets, etc. were clean and convenient for patients and their attendants, and without the usual association with 'hospital smells'. There are excellent signages in 2 languages and it's easy to find ones way around. Admission, insurance, reminders/calls, and other admin processes were smooth and efficient throughout.

Food was very well balanced and nutritious, with dietary staff checking in and trying to provide food to the patient's satisfaction. The taste of the food, however, was below what I hoped or expected.

Overall experience - excellent, professional, kind, effective, efficient, cost-effective.

Awesome campus and the infrastructure is too good. They have well maintained hostels, two canteens, one inside and one outside. The food was tasty. The op block itself is attractive, I thought it was something else. They even have sports room, one dedicated to table tennis which I saw directly. The campus is mind blowing, the walkways and the ambience everything is just perfect.

Great experience!! Just no words .. grateful for the beautiful experience I received. Specialized infrastructure and good care to patients . Hygeine maintained. Best doctors with intention of providing the best treatment to patients. Best treatment provided to patients. The service of the post ot nurses are just priceless !! Brilliant telemedicine service by Believers hospital. We called to book an appointment for my niece with the Paediatric Cardiology unit and Dr.Suresh Kumar was extremely kind,polite and professional throughout the discussion. We were a bit worried initially because of the current diagnosis in Ireland we were told that we need to have a surgery for my niece but Dr.Suresh knew the existing procedures in Ireland and UK and advised us not to panic and worry.Everytime I have had interaction with this hospital it has been amazing.A big thank you to all the entire hospital team for an amazing experience. ❣

One of the best hospital which is situated inside a village area . And the building is no one so the rooms and everything is fine . Charges are comparatively little higher but the treatment is good.

I'm not reviewing the hospital on the basis of the service provided as I didn't take any. I am so happy there is a hospital which is great in it's looks and cleanliness. This hospital is so clean that you wouldn't even feel like you are in a hospital. Hats off to the Facility Management and Administration team who look after the premisis very well.

Ofcourse there are bit dirty walls etc... but considering the overall looks, there is a great effort these guys have taken.

I have heard that the Doctors consultation fee is 25Rs/ Visit and New Registration is also 25Rs. Which is very cheap considering to other hospitals.
They have free parking facility which can afford more than 250 cars.

I would say all hospitals administration should learn from Believers Church Hospital about how they maintain the premisis.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care I received during my recent surgery at believers hospital. From the moment I arrived to the moment I was discharged, your entire team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, safety, and well-being.

Dr Joyal is an exceptional surgeon who recently performed a rhinoplasty procedure on me, and I cannot speak highly enough of the results and the overall experience. From start to finish, Dr exhibited the utmost professionalism, expertise, and care. First and foremost, Dr took the time to thoroughly understand my goals and concerns during the initial consultation. He listened attentively and provided honest and realistic expectations for the surgery. His ability to communicate clearly and answer all my questions put me at ease and built a strong sense of trust

I had to visit the hospital over multiple iterations for a dear family member. I happened to experience the care and hospitality from a few departments including cardiology, neurology, radiology for running some tests in addition to often neglected sections such as canteen, lab, pharmacy, rest rooms, lift support personnel, security, parking guidance, etc. I am visiting this hospital after 6 long yrs. By and large, everything was fantastic. The hospital maintains its cleanliness and newness, just as it did 6 yrs back. Doctors are very knowledgeable and accommodative. They seem to genuinely care for the patients well being. Staff at radiology counter especially Jincy deserves a special mention for quiet, fast, efficient and effective services. I happened to visit them over multiple days for mri, CT scan, doppler test etc.

All service desks including parking are manned by excellent personnels.. canteen food is above average. All services are systematically delivered and there were knowledgeable people, willing to explain process to us at every step.

An example, we had reached the neuro dept and were waiting for our stint with the dr. There were few chairs and everyone offered it to the patients and were standing. Immediately a couple of assistants came(photo attached) with a cart filled with chairs and started laying them down on the corridor. I was pleasantly surprised and asked them how they knew, we didn't have enough chairs for the visitors. They said the supervisor called in for reinforcements.

Across the board, there is a bunch of healthcare professionals at this hospital who genuinely cared and wanted to make a difference. They seemed to be well-motivated and it was a welcome positive change from usual service meted out at hospitals.

One negative would be the marginally higher cost for services than the other hospitals in the vicinity but that can surely be overlooked, in the big picture, imho.

I recommend 5 stars for this hospital and am proud that it is a part of Thiruvalla. Keep up the good work.
