Horrible experience... I ordered few products during lock down of which an advance of 60k was paid. Till date neither the goods were recieved nor money was refunded. When contacted he would say that 60k was the charges of his way of taking care of my orders... At first he will be nice but the moment you started trusting that time he will show his true colours... beware

Horrible experience with the manufacturer. I contacted him through Indiamart to buy a product for which he shared a sample. The sample was decent enough and on that basis I placed the order. But when I got the lot the stuff was extremely poor quality, nowhere close to sample i passed.
The worst thing was that the owner didn't had no place for the customers opinion or feedback. He was adamant that he has given the best product and as a buyer I have no knowledge of handicraft.
He has displayed extremely awful work ethics which shakes the trust of people in long distance buying... He doesn't deserves any star.

Pathetic behaviour, pathetic services. Such an unprofessional people they don't even deserve a single star I'm calling them from last five days they didn't respond properly they called me from ghaziabad to firozabad for the product after promising that product is available and now they are not picking up the phone also. They are just to fool you around not trustworthy at all.

The services are pathetic ,we had placed a sample order 20 days ago, the delivery was promised in 4 days,then they extended it to a week ,haven't received any communication till now,let alone be the samples. Messages are not being responded to and calls are not being received by its manager. I need someone to contact me back immediately!!! Zero Star Service
