My son got admitted there coz of an injury. Found the hospital staff to be quite friendly and helpful especially the nursing staff and doctors. Everyone welcome and talk to my son with a cheerful smile, he become friends with staff in a short time, his special friends were Ayushi, Priyanka. Our Doctors were Dr. Vibhor, Dr Faiz, Dr. Iram: all of them are empathetic and knowledgeable and takes good care of patient.
Cleaning staff keeps the hospital clean round the clock.

Navin Hospital was not a part of my mediclaim so had do the reimbursement, thats translates to extra paper work. Prince from Billing team helped politely even after discharge with all necessary documents.

Though I pray that no one should get to visit hospital but if needed Navin will be a good choice.
