No one is picking phone in this branch and they are deducting funds from your account in alternate months on account of ATM maintenance changes. This is not acceptable at all.

Visited bank today though late at about 16.10 hrs to get advice reg possiblity to get pass book updated in r/o my account of ghantaghar br. I wanted to meet the responsible officer of the bank due to urgency being close to Shastri Nagar. The security man of the bank refused to enter despite showing him my I'd card and bank passbook he reported as conveyed my msg to branch manager he kept me waiting for 20 minutes to a senior citizen of 70 yrs and thus returned unheard. I did not want to do any bank transaction but no courtesy from the bank. As a human being, courtesy was expected. Therefore very sorry

Thus type of branch should not be a part of bank.

Their is no coperation in the bank and the cheif manager is also annoying and non supportive person
