I had my worst experience of smoothening with them. In the first go, I could see the curls in my hair.When I told them about this, they said to rectify the same. I went there 2nd time and spent my 4.4 hours the result was still the same. Even there hair stylist who did my smoothening both the time also committed his mistake from the 1st time. Still he wasn’t able to rectify in the 2nd time. When I asked for refund as I didn’t wanted to get more chemicals on my hairs what I got in return was refund of Rs. 1066 even though I paid 3k for this service. That refund I got was also after making approximately 15 calls in a day to them regarding the same. I don’t even want to give them 1 star for the same. Worst experience of my life.

They don't even have haircut service ( Person saying,"ma'am haircut wala bhaag gaya")
To book for appointment you have to call 2 days before
