Nalanda Inn

Reception staff was very cooperative and helpful.We are totally five bachelors, he sorted our room request to our need.
Rooms were neatly kept.
Cost is reasonable.

Very good hotel. I booked a 1 bedroom (non AC) because I didn't have the time to wait for 2 hours since all the rooms were taken.

Cleanliness was amazing. TV service was provided. Peaceful location,so you won't hear any traffic noises etc.

There's the Palakkad Fort as well,which is of a walkable distance (750m exactly).

And then we were able to visit the iconic Malampuzha Dam,which we took an auto from right outside the hotel. Autos are of reasonable price as well.

Very good food as well,quality service from the waitresses who are very attentive !!

I have no doubts that the AC rooms will be of the finest quality from this very convenient hotel.

Recently I have visited Palakkad for my business purpose and stayed in Nalanda Inn ,I must say it is beautiful experience from walkin to walkout

And even food is very tasteful ,the level of hygene inside rooms they maintaining are appreciable and If you're looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Palakkad,i recommend this and for sure will visit next time ....

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nalanda Inn in Palakkad and I have to say, it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile from the staff, who were all incredibly welcoming and friendly.

Decent rooms for the price. Recommended.

I'm writing this review as an appreciation to their staffs.Gentle behaviour of staffs and the level of hygene inside rooms they maintaining are appreciable.

"Adhidhi devo bhava" policy is well maintained in Nalanda Inn. Two - three times I went with my family. Especially the non-veg items were so delicious and the hygienic environment attracted me at the first sight.

I was going to attend a business meeting. The conference hall in the first floor straight from the reception.so i don't know about the rooms but know about their service and food. It was really good...in food serving small communication errors happen. Overall nice.
Hall and the toilets are very clean. Location is also nice and beautiful

Friendly, super helpful staff that could speak good English. They were very accommodating to our requests. Towels provided but only scratchy napkins for toilet paper. Room was very spacious and clean. Room service is available from their restaurant and there were restaurant options all around. Fast wi-fi! No hot shower but definitely not necessary in the heat. Free underground parking available.

Value for money AC room Rs2000. Near and clean. Only issue is that there is no elevator.

Most recommended hotel in palakkad.
Staffs are well behaved. We stayed here for 2 days for our family function and all went well. Thanks to Manjula mam.

Cons:
There is no lift.
This is not a big concern for youngsters. But for aged people it is. Atleast prefer rooms in first floor for them.

Reasonable tariff for a budget Non AC single room. They have a restuarant too. Not advisable for elderly people and those with knee pain or differently-abled, as there's no lift. One has to climb stairs.
Neat and well-maintained rooms.
About 3-4 kms from the railway station.

Great budget rooms, AC double bed room was priced at 1500 approx. Room was spacious enough but toiletries were not provided properly. Other than it, great hotel for board and lodging. Booked thru goibibo.

Good restaurant and Excellent room service given by Sadiq.Sadiq is well experienced supervisor and taking care of your need. In this Hotel, WiFi is there and cleaning is maintained .I recommend Stay in this hotel whenever you crosses Palakhad Junction.

Best place, excellent rooms, they have two property's. I stayed in budget room best ambient interior, maintained hygiene, one restaurant is available at all times food also awsome rate is also less

Nice hotel with good ambience and spacious ac room.. Helpful staff. We had a short stay though. More ac rooms with same priviliges will give more customers

Very Good place to stay in Palakkad. Rates are reasonable. They gave us a complimentary brake fast too. Their restaurant named Nalada Rich is just opposit to it. Very good hospitality. Staffs where very polite and pleasing. Car Parking is also very convenient and safe. Rooms are spacious. Along with shampoo and soap they gave tooth brush and paste too.

The Nalanda Inn has two buildings. One is the new building, which has AC rooms and the other is non-AC..water heater is available..
WiFi available...toilets were well cleaned & maintained properly...
The receptionist & other staff's were very well behaved... Recommended for everyone because you could never find any other budget friendly rooms here in palakkad...
